Flight to Havana and let’s go to Viñales!!!

  • Arrival at Jose Marti International Airport in Havana.
  • Airport pick up and transfer to Viñales.
  • You will travel to the Valley of Viñales, 120 miles from Havana. This National Park has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Site. The area has very fertile lands and it is where the famous Cuban tobacco is grown and harvested.
  • Stop at Los Jazmines observation point, where you can take in the impressive views of the natural environment.
  • Accommodation at a private house.
  • Dinner at a private restaurant.

Viñales, The Land of Tobacco.

  • After breakfast you will visit at the Habano Man’s House.
  • Meeting with a tobacco farmer to learn about his experience in the cultivation of tobacco. Visit a tobacco plantation. Learn the process of planting and harvesting of tobacco. See the plantations and observe the process of tobacco production.
  • Lunch at private restaurant.
  • Then visit La Cueva del Indio, a cave complex where you will tour interesting geological formations and an underground gallery, with a stretch of subterraneous river that you will navigate on powerboats and visit the Mural of Prehistory, painted by contemporary artists and farmers on the side of a “mogote,” the rock formation typical of this Valley–a wooded hill 120 meters high.
  • Free Night.

Go to Havana!!

  • After breakfast, transfer to Havana.
  • Lunch at private restaurant.
  • Accommodation at private house in Old Havana.
  • 4:30 pm Visit to Modern Havana (2 hours appx.)
    • Capture the soul of the city and its Grand Architecture and learn about the way of life of the fascinating Cuban people. In this Panoramic City Tour of Havana in cars from the 50s you will see the old and the new side of Havana, showcasing Havana’s most popular sights, from the comfort of one of these classic vehicles. Your expert guide will help you to comprehend the magic of the Cuban life.
    • From the private house, you will go on a panoramic tour of Modern Havana, you drive through the forest area of Havana and the Metropolitan Park, the green lung of the city.
    • Then continue the tour with a stop at the Plaza de la Revolución (Revolution Square) where you can take pictures. Here, you will see the Monument to José Martí, one of the most important figures of Cuban history and leader in the independence war against Spain.
    • You will also pass the historic University of Havana, the Hilton Hotel and the American Embassy.
    • You will pass other architectural sights of the city such as Colon Cemetery, Fifth Avenue and the residential neighborhood of Miramar, where the high class lived in Havana in the 50’s.
  • Free night.

Tour of Old Havana and its System of Fortifications.

  • 9:30 am Pick up at the house.
    The City of Havana was founded in 1514 by Spanish conquistador Diego Velázquez. Its historic center was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1982.
  • The City Tour will take you to the sea-side avenue of Malecón, you will drive through the tunnel under the bay. You will contemplate the Castle of the Three Kings of El Morro, there will stop on the lookout point of the Morro-Cabañas Military Historical Park.
  • You will pass Paseo del Prado, The Capitol building, the Museum of Bellas Artes, the Central Park and the Grand Theater of Havana.
  • After you will take a walking tour throughout the historic city center of the Old City. Visit the Plazas of Old Havana.
    • Plaza de la Catedral (Cathedral Square), dominated by the Baroque facade of the Cathedral of Havana.
    • Plaza de Armas, where you will find Palacio de los Capitanes Generales, the house of the Spanish governors in the colonial era.
    • Plaza de San Francisco de Asis, a paved space with fluttering pigeons, framed by historic buildings such as the Convent and the Church of St. Francis of Assis, in which the tower was for centuries the highest point in the Villa.
    • Plaza Vieja, originally known as Plaza Nueva. It was first used for military exercises, then became an open-air market, and it is now dotted with restaurants, cafes, bars and brasseries.
  • Lunch at a private restaurant.
  • Return to private house to rest.
  • Free night.

Suggestion at night: Tropicana Cabaret – (Not included).

Tropicana is a world-known Cabaret, the most spectacular of the cabarets to open sky. It’s a unique place to enjoy the music and the Cuban folklore in all their color, musicality and rhythm, an art extravaganza to multiply the Cuban happiness of a true tropical night. Marlon Brando, Ernest Hemingway, Rita Hayworth, and J.F.K., to name a few, frequently visited this famous place. After the show the dancers engage with the audience members and invite them to the stage for dancing.


Transfer to Cienfuegos and City Tour.

  • After breakfast you will go to Cienfuegos City, 150 miles (appx.3:00 hours).
    Cienfuegos has one of the best bays in the world, due to its size, depth and security. This city is considered an architectural jewel of great French influence, with remarkable heritage buildings. It exhibits a preserved historic center declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
  • Lunch at private restaurant.
  • After breakfast, you will enjoy a city tour of the center of Cienfuegos and you will learn about the architecture and history of the most important sites.
  • Transfer to Trinidad Village and accommodation at a private house.
  • Free night.

Trinidad Village.

  • After breakfast, transfer to Trinidad.
    Trinidad is a colonial relic declared World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. The unique colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, colorful houses and friendly people make of Trinidad “A Must”.
  • Accommodation at private house.
  • Lunch at private restaurant, where you will learn about the development of private business in Cuba by talking with the staff and owners of the restaurant.
  • After lunch, you will do the City Tour, where you will appreciate the splendorous architecture of centuries ago. You will learn about that period in Cuba visiting some museums, such as the Romantic Museum.
  • Then you will visit the potters of the town, you will talk to them about their incredible work and the daily difficulties for their cultural and artistic realization.
  • Free night.

Visit to Valley de los Ingenios and home return trip.

  • Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will visit the Valley of the Sugar Mills, located about 20 miles from Trinidad.
    The Valley of the Mills, located in the Province of Sancti Spíritus in central Cuba, is an extensive triangular plain that covers about 100 square miles and includes in its interior the valleys of San Luis, Agabama-Méyer and Santa Rosa. Together with the city of Trinidad, it was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
  • Fostering one of the largest sugar regions of the time, the Creole aristocracy, which was dedicated to the sugar industry on a large scale, was settled in the valley from the 17th to the 19th century.
  • Then transfer to Havana Airport, 204 miles (appx. 4:10 hours).
  • Flight to United States.
