Travel to the captivating island of Cuba. Play by the sea. Play in the beautiful golf course of Varadero, the most important tourist area in Cuba. This is an accessible golf course for beginners while it provides a real challenge for more experienced players.
The Varadero Golf Club was officially inaugurated on October 26,1999. The architect Les Furber, President of the Canadian company, Golf Design Services LTD (GDS), designed it. The Club features 18 holes: Par 72; 5 Par 5 and 5 Par 3.
The remaining 8 are Par 4. It includes 6,269 linear meters of trajectory between the First Tee or starting point and Green 18.
The golf course is divided into two areas with defined characteristics. A first round from holes 1 to 9, which can be considered somewhat simpler, and a second round, holes 10 to 18, known for their individual complexities.
In the opinion of golf professionals and skilled players, the design quality is excellent, enabling an accessible golf course for beginners while it provides a real challenge for more experienced players.
The Club House features a reception at the Caddie House, which includes a Pro Shop and Snack Bar.
Non-golfing participants receive a US$400 discount off the program price.
